SERVICE OF BOARD ISSUANCES ON TURKEY POINT PROCEEDING PARTIES
REFERENCE:
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY (Turkey Point Plant, Units 3 & 4) 50-250/251-OLA-2 After the service of the Initial Decision on the OLA-2 proceeding in Turkey Point on April 20, 1988, I was advised by the Board Chairman that our computer generated service list did not include the names of Joette Lorion or Mitzi A. Young. A check of the Docket files revealed that their names appeared earlier on a typed service list but through inadvertence was not included on the electronic list.
I mailed on or about April 27, 1988, copies of the Initial Decision (ASLBP No. 84-504-07 LA) to Joette Lorion and Mitzi Young, respectively.
Before entering their names on the computerized list for future services an "Assignment of Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board" dated May 26, 1988 was served by my office on the parties.
I have this date provided copies of the Assignment to Joette Lorion and Mitzi Young and have added their names to the OLA-2 service list.
Accordingly, an Order of the Appeal Board served this date has been served on all parties.
