Dear Mr. Hamlin:
This is in response to your letter dated September 30, 1983,to the Department of Justice (D0J), in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of records regarding the South Texas Project. The D0J referred to us on April 30, 1986, seven records orginated by the NRC for our disclosure determination and direct response to you.
These records, as listed on the attached Appendix, are already available for public inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
The POR accession number is identified beside each record description.
We are enclosing a notice that provides information about charges and procedures for obtaining records from the PDR.
