Enclosed is a revision to our Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan to cover receipt and measurement of UF cylinder heels. The process used is g
described in an attachment to the PTan Appendix.
No other changes have been made.
Also, enclosed is a check for the $150.00 minimum review fee.
