MONTHLY NARRATIVE REPORT OF OPERATING AND MAJOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE This report describes the operating and major maintenance experience for the_ month of February, 1986. This report was prepared-by the Plant Staff and is submitted in accordance with Section IX:I.l.c. of the Technical Specifications.

During the report period, the reactor has been in the cold shutdown mode with the core unloaded and the reactor vessel drained. During the month the following items were conducted:

1. Construction of the radwaste enclosure.
2. Continued vacuuming the spent fuel pool and processing hardware for shipment.
3. Commenced processing concentrated waste tank bottoms solidifi-Cation.
4. Commenced Plant decontamination of specific assigned areas, i
