This is in response to your letter dated October 25, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report and the Final Safety Analysis Report related to Waterford Nuclear Power Plant.
Your request was received by the Office of Administration on October 30, 1978.
For your information, the NRC has established a Local Public Document Room (LPDR) at the University of New Orleans Library which houses all publicly disclosed records relating to the Waterford Nuclear Power Plant.
The reports which you requested are available for inspection at that location.
