Dear Mr. Cochran:
This is in response to your letter dated February 28, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all records relating to the OIA/0GC' Report on Apollo Testimony of the-i Executive Director for.0perations which were not included in the three volumes of material released to the. press and Congress.
In further response to your request, document 1 of Appendix A is being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
In addition, portions of documents 2 and 3 of Appendix A are investigatory records compiled for law enforcement purposes, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of another person.
The person responsible for the denial-of the exempt portions of documents 2 and 3 of Appendix A is Mr. William H. Webster, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Any appeal of the exempt.information.should be made within thirty days of the receipt of this letter, in writing, the the Deputy Attorney General (Attention:
Office of Privacy and Information Appeals), U. S.
Department of Justice, Washington, DC 20530.
