The Sacramento Municipal Utility District submitted a Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP) on October 14, 1977. The District is sub'nitting Amendment No. 4 to the MASP for your review.
The MASP with amendment Nos. I through 4 is the effective security plan for Unit No. 1.
There have been no significant implementation schedule changes since the last schedule dated September 27, 1978.
It is requested that as a minimum, this amendment to the MASP be withheld from public disclosure pursuart to Section 9.5(a)(4) of 10 CFR Part 9 and Section 2.790(d) ' f 10 CFR Part 2.
