In the reference above, PSC was asked to respond to I&E Inspection 86-22 within thirty days of the date of the letter. While reviewing the draft of this
- letter, the Nuclear Licensing Department has identified several items which need to be resolved before the letter is sent to the NRC. As agreed to by Mr. J. Jaudon of your office in a telephone conversation on this date, PSC will submit its response to this inspection on or before November 7, 1986.
