(1) We conducted a leak test on 15 September 1978 with negative results.

We have entered a permanent notice in our rotating calendar, to insure that future leak tests will be carried out on schedule.

(2) We have posted a notice in the radioactive laboratory, saying that the documents listed in your Appendix A (item 2) are on file in our departmental files and are available.

(3) We have posted a copy of form NRC-3, as given in your Appendix A (item 3) in the radioactive laboratory.

Having taken these steps, we consider that we are now in i
