Dear Mr. President
_1his is to ask a question and also I hope to enlighted you that a very risky decicion is being made now about americans word of honor. In the past we ignored our word and nearly destored many civilizations ( the indians) now we are about to put a low level radiation dumb on the border of mexico in violation of our word.

The big question is first is it a treaty signed or an agreement? Second who inforces our word cf honor? I feel you do. The veto is only way of stopping this poor act starting to make mexico or the eath suffer.
