l This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Lorenzo Wilborn accompanied by Messrs. C. L. Cain and M. J. Mustain of this office, on October 25, 1978 of the activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material I.icense No.
35-07466-05, and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Wilborn with Ms. Kathy Anderson and Mr. Johnny James on October 25, 1978.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the I Commission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measare-ments and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were found during the inspection.
Mr. Wilborn also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to three items of noncompliance observed during our previous inspection, which was conducted May 3, 1976. He verified that the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your reply of June 10,1976 to our letter dated May 19, 1976.
