ENFORNENT ACTION 95-220 This letter is pursuant to your letter to TVA dated April 4, 1996, in which NRC agreed it would be appropriate for TVA to defer payment of the proposed civil penalty in the

'U.S. Department of Labor case involving Douglas Harrison pending the outcome of Stone & Webster Engineering 4

corporation's_ appeal of that case.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for - the -Eleventh Circuit has -recer,cly issued a

'i decision denying Stone.& Webster's petition for rehearing, and we understand that-Stone-4 Webster has decided that it will not pursue any further action regarding this case.
