Dear Mr. Revzan:

This is in response to your letter dated October 17, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the non-proprietary portions of the winning proposal submitted in response i

to NRC RFP RS-RES-78-192 entitled, " Post Licensing Studies of the Socioeconomic Impacts of Nuclear Power Station Siting".

Your letter was received by the Office of Administration on October 24, 1978.

l A copy of the technical proposal is enclosed.

In a November 8 telephone conversation with Mr. Isaacs of NRC, Ms. Jenny Gasbarre of your organization agreed to bear the costs of reproduction.

The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) is ten cents

($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b), a copy of which is enclosed.

Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 166 pages is $16.60.

Please send a check in the amount of $16.60, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
