License No. DPR-35 Core Operatino Limits Reports The attached revision of Pilgrim's Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) is submitted in accordance with the requirements of Pilgrim's Technical Specification 5.6.5.
Revision 12C provides cycle-specific limits for operating Pilgrim during the remainder of cycle 12. The core operating limits in COLR, Revision 12C have been established using the NRC-approved methodology provided in the references listed in COLR, Section 5.0 and in Technical Specification 5.6.5.
