NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Portland General Electric Company, et al., Docket No. 50-344, Trojan Nuclear Plant, Columbia County, Oregon Date of application for amendment: June 14, 1985 Brief description of amendment: The amendment would add " fail-to-start" to the automatic diesel generator trips that would not be bypassed upon loss of voltage on the emergency bus and/or safety injection actuation signal.
