3 This is in iesponse to your letter dated October 8,1978 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of technical proposal submitted by t!e Mountain West Research Inc. in response to NRC RFP RS-RES-78-192, entitled, " Post Licensing Studies of the Socioeconomic Impacts of Nuclear Power Station Siting".
Your letter was received by the Office of Administration on October 23, 1978.
A copy of the technical proposal is enclosed.

conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of NRC, Ms. Diane Archer of your organization agreed to bear the costs of reproduction.
