TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT Control Room Emergency Ventilation Your letter of March 21, 1986 transmitted a Notice of Deviation regarding the operation of the control room emergency ventilation system. Our letter of April 21, 1986 provided the response to this Notice of Deviation.

Your letter also requested that management attention in assuring proper operation and testing of the control room emergency system should be addressed. In accordance with your conversation with C. A. Zimmerman on April 25, 1986, this was not addressed in our April 21, 1986 response because it was felt to have been adequately discussed at the enforcement conference on March 27, 1986.
