'i This 'is in response to your letter dated March 2,1978, in which you l
requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all records relating to the 01A/0GC Report on Apollo Testimony of the Executive Director for Operations which were not included in the' three volumes of material released to the press and Congress.
In further response to your request,. document 1 of Appendix A is being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, DC.
In addition, portions of documents 2 and 3 of Appendix A are investigatory records compiled for law enforcement purposes, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of another person.
The person responsible for the denial of the exempt portions of documents 2 and 3 of Appendix A is Mr. William H. Webster, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Any appeal of. the exempt information should be made within thirty days of the receipt of this letter, in writing, to the Deputy Attorney General (Attention: Office of Privacy and Information Appeals), U. S. Department of Justice, Washington, DC 20530.
