DESCRIPTION This safety evaluation was performed to evaluate a dif ference between STI-B21-025B, Rev. 2, Full Reactor Isolation and FSAR Table 14.2-2, Startup Tests.
FSAR Table 14.2-2 states that the Startup Test Instruction is performed in Test Condition 6.
The STI has been changed to perform testing in Test Condition 8.
Test Conditions 7 and 8 were added to FSAR Figure 14.2-4 to reflect additional testing along the licensed Icad line at low and high flow conditions (see PY-CEI/01E-0231 L, dated August 28, 1986).

FSAR Table 14.2-2 will be changed to indicate performance of the MSIV Functional Test in Test Condition 8.

domain for plant startup testing.
III.
SUMMARY
A change is required in Table 14.2-2 to reflect a change in test conditions required for testing in the Maximum Extended Operating Domain (MEOD) to comply with the latest GE Test Specifications.

DESCRIPTION
.This safety evaluation was performed to evaluate a difference between STI-B21-029B, Rev. 2, Recirculation Flow Control and the FSAR Section 14.2.12.2.26.2 and Table 14.2-2, Startup Tests.
FSAR Section 14.2.12.2.26.2 states that the Startup Test Instruction is performed along the 100% tod line. The STI has been changed to perform testing along the bounding licensed load line.
FSAR Table 14.2-2 states that the Startup Test Instruction is performed in Test Condition 3 and 6.
The STI has been changed to perform testing in Test Conditions 3, 6, and 8.

FSAR Table 14.2-2 states that the Startup Test Instruction is performed in Test Condition 2, 3, 4, and 6.
The STI has been changed to perform testing in Test Conditions 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
Test Conditions 7 and 8 were added to FSAR Figure 14.2-4 to reflect additional testing along the licensed load line at low and high flow coaditions (see PY-CEI/01E-0231 L, dated August 28, 1986).
FSAR Table 14.2-2 will be changed to indicate performance of the Recirculation System Performance Test in Test Conditions 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
