information in the Enclosure to the NRC's August 13, 1986, letter to South Carolina Electric and Gas Company be treated as proprietary information.
At this time, the NRC has no reason to question that the information is proprietary and we will treat the information in the Enclosure and in the safety evaluation as proprietary.
