SECOND NOTICE - Modification No.1 to Contract No. NRC 26 93-290, Task Order 01
Dear Ms. Colina:
The subject contract expired on July 1,1993, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract and task order for other immediate agency requirements.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds. The ceiling is hereby decreased by $5,185.67 from $112,035.00 to $106,849.33. The amount of $99,527.33 represents the total estimated reimbursable cost. The amount of $7,322.00 represents the fixed fee.
The accounting data for Task Order 01 is as follows:
