Modification No. 2 To Task Order No. 9 Under Contract No. NRC 26 94 263 The subject task order expired on October 30,1997, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate eicess fundiremaining under this contract for other immediate agency-requirements. Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the cmount of $4.588 02 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from
$118,617.00 to S114 028 98 Accordingly, the third paragraph of the February 26,1997, definitization letter for Task Order No. 9 is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following su' iuted in lieu thereof:
