The perpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to complete the review of the documents (relating to physical protection, laws, access contrcl, etc.) ree.sived from the l Ukrainian regulatory agency, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nuclear Safety (MEPNS),
at no cost to the government. The delay is due to no fault of the contractor. This confirms our verbal authorization to you on February 4,1998 to extend the task order through May 29,1998.
Therefore, the period of performance for Task Order No.1 is revised as follows: " Task Order No.
1 shall be in effect from December 3,1997,through May 29,1998
- The total estimated ceilhg for this task order of $25,359.00 remains the same. The issuance of this task order does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order.
- - Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and retum two copies
