REPORT NO. 70-1157-This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of March 1,1986, and as amended by your letter dated March 27, 1986, which transmitted Revision 7 to the Columbia Plant Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type spect-fled in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial

information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
