Bdef descriotion of ameridment: The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to address the new low pressure CO2 suppression system for the East and West Switchgear Rooms and more clearty describes the separation of the two rooms.

March 6, 1998 Effective date: As of the date of issuance, to be implemented within 30 days.
