In accordance with your submittal dated April 20, 1978 and supplements dated Jnauary 20,1978, March 13,1978 and April 3,1978 and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Condition 22 of Materials License No. SNM-778 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning and financial plans. Accordingly, this condition shall read as follows:

Condition 22. At the end of plant life the licensee shall decontaminate the facility and site in accordance with the general decommissioning plan submitted in the enclosures to the letter dated April 20, 1978 so that these facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use. The financial plan, to assure that funds will be available for decommissioning, submitted by letter dated March 13, 1978 and supplements dated January 20, 1978 and April 3, 1978, are hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.

All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.

Condition 22 was discussed and agreed to by your Mr. A. F. Olsen and Mr. N. Ketzlach of my staff on August 31, 1978.
