Subject:
Modification No 4 To Task Order No. 8 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The subject task order expired on September 30,1993, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements, Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the A
amount of S644,92 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from
$207,702.57 to $207,057.65.
Accordingly the first sentence of the fourth paragraph of this task order definitization letter dated September 21,1992, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $207,057.65 of which
$198,903.80 represents the total estimated reimbursable cot,ts and the amount of $8,153.85 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of this task order remain unchanged.
