Subject:
Modification No 3 To Task Order No.15 Under Contrac! No. NRC-33-92-203 The subject task order expired on January 13,1997, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary 6 deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency -
requirements. Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the amount of $2,757.48 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from
$153,975.73 to $151218 25 Accordingly, the first sentence of the third paragraph of this task order definitization letter dated 1
July 3,1996, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amt unt presently obligated with respect to this task order is $.51,218.25 of which
$145,296.11 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $5,922.14 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of this task order remain unchanged.

If negative reports are appropriate, statements to that effect are required.
You are also requested to complete the enclosed forms regarding Final Release, General Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and other amounts as required by the contract.
