This is in response to your telegram of Octotac: 30, 1978 in which you requested a time extension to complete the activities required by 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4).

We have determined that the granting of your request for a 10-day delay for performing all the activities required by 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) will not adversely affect the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, the following license condition is being added to Amendment MPP-2 of your License No.

SNM-777, effective immediately, to provide a limited exception to 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4).

In lieu of the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) to complete certain activities within 30 calendar days after the October 2, 1978 physical inventory, the licensee shall complete the activities required by 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) on or before November 11, 1978, provided the uranium ID values are reported on or before November 1, 1978.

Sincerely,f
