Dear Mr. Perando:
The subject contract expired on December 17,1991. According to our records, there are funds remaining under the contract. Therefore, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobilgate excess funds remaining under the contact in the amount of $1,413.03 for other immediate agency requirements. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you l
under the contract terms.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and rest Ti two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.

.s The purpose of this modification is to deobilgate funds in the amount of $1,413.J3, thereby decreasing the obilgated amount of the contract from $7,085,000.00 to
$7,083,586.97.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Subsection B.2. Consideration and Obligations, the first sentence of paragraph b is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is: $7,083,586.97" All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of $8,920,281.00 remains unchanged.
