Modification No. One to Interagency Agreement No NRC-03-84-064 Entitled " Hydrological Engineering (Coastal) Reviews of Operating Reactors (I) and Case Reviews" Effective August 21, 1984, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) and the Waterways Experiment Station (WES), entered into an agreement l
whereby WES will assist the NRC by providing services for the project entitled above.
Accordingly, the parties hereby mutually agree to the following modification to the agreement:
1 Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance for the work required hereunder shall commence September 11, 1984 and shall continue through September 30, 1987.
This extension is at no additional cost to the NRC.
