x-We have reviewed your November 24 comments regarding Florida's Part 20 equivalent rules for compatibility with 10 CFR Part 20. The diccrepancies in sections 10D-91.102(66) and 10D-91.435(2), Florida Administrative Code, identified in your enclosure 3, were inadvertent oversights. We intend to amend our rules at our earliest convenience to correct these two sections.
