Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the -
amount of $100.000, thereby increasing the' contract's obligated amount from
$47,000 to.5147,000. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Subsection B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE" (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $147,000, of which the sum of $135,166.50 represents the estimated reimbu, sable costs, and of which $11.833.50 represents the fixed fee.
(d)
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through August 31, 1998."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
