Dear Mr. Ippolito:
In accordance with the surveillance program for the detection of LPRM instrument tube channel box interaction described in the referenced letter, a cecond inspection program was conducted during the recent Peach Bottom Unit 2 refueling outage.
Twenty-five channels were inspected and all were classified acceptable for reuse in any reactor core location during subsequent operating cycles.
This completes the surveillance program outlined in the referenced letter which we conducted in accordance with requirements of Section 6.0 of the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report supporting Amendment No. 23 to the Facility Operating License No. DPR-Idt.
