Inquiry Into Three Mile Island Unit 2 Leak Rate Data Falsification, Docket No. LRP
Dear Sirs:
This morning we received in the mail a copy of a document entitled " Errata, Aamodt Supplement, April 17, 1986".
3 This filing ny Mrs. Aamodt is clearly untimely and should be rejected for that reason alone.
It is also a plain violation of the Presiding Board's admonition to the Aamodts "to ref rain from intemperate attacks on other counsel March 26 Memorandum and Order at 5-6 n.*.
Although we believe that the Aamodt filing should be rejected, we wish to respond to it briefly in order to set the record straight.
As the Board knows, the cheating investigation referred to was completely unrelated to leak rate testing.
During that investigation, we represented only two clients, O and VV.
To the best of our knowledge, in that proceeding neither O nor VV ever spoke to or had any contact outside the hearing room with the attorneys representing the Licensee.
Mrs. Aamodt's further assertion that we " allowed clients to be victimized by the company" is simply scurrilous.
