21 coaxial cable issue.
The Commission in this paper is being 22 asked to act on an order addressing ALAB 8091, which remanded f
1 23 the Seabrook coaxial cable issue to the licensing board.
24 All the Commissioners have approved an order which 25 directs the licensing board to decide whether the Seabrook 1

coaxial cable issues need to be resolved before low pover 2
operations.
