UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION COMMONWEALTH EDISION COMPANY DOCKET No. 50-373 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory.Comission (Comission) has issued Amendment No.58 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-11 issued to Comonwealth Edison Company, which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the LaSalle County Station, Unit 1, located in LaSalle County, Illinois. The amendment was effective as of the date of its issuance.
The amendment modifies the Technical Specifications in support of the second reload (Cycle 3) for LaSalle Unit 1.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and
-requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations. The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in i
10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.

Hearing in connection with this was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on January 28, 1988 (53 FR 2553).
No request for a hearing or petition for leave to intervene was filed following this notice.
l The Comission has prepared an Environmental Assessment related to the l
action and has determined not to prepare an environmental impact statement.
1 Based upon the environmental assessment, the Comission has concluded that the 1
issuance of this amendment will not have a significant effect on the quality of the human environment.
