00CKEia.c ,,<!,,v n I am writing to express my support for the clarification of Emergbh Planning requirements for Low Power Licensing.

As a former Vermont resident, I am acutely aware of the impact of Nuclear Power during peak use hours and the need for reliable power sources. Ve rmont has V.T. Yankee , Maine has Maine Yankee , yet one of the fastest growing areas in New England sits with a completed but yet to be licensed nuclear facility (Seabrook Station).

Seabrook Station is ready and able to relieve the ever growing demands for electricity in the region, and should be allowed to operate.

Very truly,

_~
