Eli A h tm I am writing to you as a resident of New England concerned with the energy needs of this area and of the nation as a whole.
The Seabrook project sits, ready to produce safe and reliable energy, and yet stymied by political opposition to emergency planning efforts.
Our energy needs will not lessen with time, and yet our cur:ent resources must. New England can benefit not only from the electrical energy provided by Seabrook Station, but from the existence of responsible emergency end evacuation plans as well.
I fully endorse the new proposed rule for public notification, and the low-power licensing of Seabrook Station.
