Secretary of the Commision BhahL4 Attention: Docketing & Service Branch US Nuclear Regulatory Commision Washington DC 20555 To Whom It May Concern:

I am sending this letter in my support to the clarification of Emergency Planning requirmonts low-power lincense.

As a NH resident I am very concerned about the power for this area. I feel New England needs more powerrarideshould be given the opportunity to produce it.

At some point in the future, there will a need for oil or some other natural resource and it will not bc.available.

Nuclear Power is a reliable source of energy which New England and the world around us needs.

I hope Seabrook i's powered up before long.

Sincerly, n
