PROPOSED RULE (53 FRIL'l 'O *

w.c t-InNH

'88 JN 23 P8 :59 0FFICf. w. ,ar 00CKC h% >. .E vvir.;

BRAhC, 5 Wallace Rd.

Exeter, NH 03833 June 22,1988 Secretary of the Commission ATTN: Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission Washington, DC 20555 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in support of the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant and its Emergency Plan requirements for Low Power Licensing.

I am a resident of Exeter, New Hampshire. I have aeen the lack of energy we have here in the area and I believe we desperately need Seabrook Station to go on line.

We should not keep Seabrook waiting to start up. It is very safe, dependable and very much needed in the area.

Sincerely,

/

(
