DOCKET NUMBER gg 22 June 1988 ( j N0 POSED RULE (65FKlb435) 00 KEli

Dear Sir,

NC

'88 M 23 P8 :59 As a concerned citizen, having lived in New England all my life, now residing in North Hampton, NH. I would like to sound my opinion k h g gntf,.y, ~

Sku Ht.H of the purposed NRC rule regarding "Seabrook" and it's Low Power Testing. Time has come for Americans to put a Stop to a reliance upon Others for energy.

Seabrook Station is built and is ready to produce a well needed supply of power. In my opinion Seabrook is a safe investment and that the emergency preparedness and public notification requjrements are more than adequate. America

nd Seacoast, require the energy today te meet the growing needs for the power that Seabrook could produce tomorrow.

Lets eleminate this political "dog and pony show" and vote "Yes"

~

on the purposed issue.

Sincerely, en N
