modification will be the date an official, authorized to bind your organization, executes three (3) copies of this document in the space provided and returns two (2) copies to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attn: Ms. Amy Siller, Division of Contracts and Property Management, 1
ADM/DCPM/CMB1, M/S T-7-1-2, Washington, DC 20555. You should retain the third copy for your records. As the period of performance for this task order expired on June 8,1999, any costs i
incurred from June 9,199915 rough the date your official signs, will not be reimbursed by the Government.
Accordingiy, Task Order No.12 shall be in effect from July 9,1997 through December 31,1999, except for the time noted above, with a cost ceiling of $47.864. The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the sabject task order, including the ceiling amount of $47,864.00.
