Special Inspection No. 88-91 On April 19, 1988, Mr. John Pelchat of this office conducted a special safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license.
The inspection was limited to a review of your possession and use of static eliminatcrs mani:factured by the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M).
The findings of the inspection were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
During this inspection, a survey of your facility for polonium-210 contamination was performed.
The survey included both floor areas and equipment.
No contam-ination above acceptable levels was found.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
