Docketing and Service Branch U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555
)
Dear Sir:
i I support the proposed rule change which will allow Seabrook Station to proceed with their low power testing.
There is no logical reason to delay 5% testing due to safety concerns at a plant that is prepared to handle emergencies at 100% power.
j The local politicians have used the Seabrook issue long enough for their own personal gain.
They have deceived the pub-lic and put irrational fears in the minds of the citizens of their own communities.
Nuclear power is too valuable a resource to lose and Seabrook Station is too valuable to'the New England economy to be sitting idle.
Very truly yours,
^
