FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE ABOUT THE BRANCH TECHNICAL HPettengill POSITION ON ALTERNATE CONCENTRATION LIMITS FOR URANIUM MILLS Please find enclosed a, Federal Register Notice that announces the availability of and request for public comment on the Branch Technical Position entitled "Alternate Concentration Limits for Uranium Mills." This memorandum transmits the original of the notice and 5 copies in accordance with SECY procedures. The date to be inserted on page one of the notice should be 60 days after the date of publication in the Federal _ Register. Also enclosed is a copy of the Technical Position to be forwarded to the PDR.
Please publish this notice in the Federal Register as soon as possible to arcid delays in implementing the Technical Position.
