Please proceed and adopt the proposed clarification of emergency plan-ning requirements for low power licensing to allow Seabrook Station to perform 5% testing.
Nuclear power is safe, clean, and reduces dependency on other forms of energy. I believe it is in our interest to have this industry regulated at the federai level by individuals with the technical knowledge to make the necessary decisions.
