CANCELLATION OF STOP WORK ORDER - MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO TASK ORDER NO. 005 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-98-021
Dear Ms. Beckman:
This confirms our June 16,1999, telephone conversation in which Beckman and Associates, Inc., (BAI) was advised that the Stop Work Order issued under the subject task order modification was lifted, and that work could resume, effective 12:00 Noon, on June 16,1999.
In accordance with clause 52.242-15, Stop-Work Order Afternate I (Apr 1984) under Section F.1, Notice Listing Contract Clauses incorporated By Reference, this is to advise that the issuance of the Stop Work Order did not result in a change to the period of performance, the estima'ed c')st, the fee, or a combination thereof, and in any other terms or conditions of the subject contract or task order modification.
Receipt of this letter should be made by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, sign three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
