TASK ORDER NO. 5 MODIFICATION NO. 2, UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-95-009 The purpose of this unilateral modification is to obligate funds in the amount of $21.96 for final indirect cost rate adjustments. Accordingly, $21.96 in funding is hereby obligated on Task Order No. 5 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $27,816.49 of which $25,631.49 represents the estimated costs and $2,185.00 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is
