Dear Sirs,

I am writing to express my support tor the proposed rule change clarifying requirements for prompt notification for emer-gencies in the vicinity of nuclear power plants. The licensing process has long been abused to delay licensing of these plants.

I do not believe the small risks associated with the operation of Seabrook Station warrant any further delay in licensing and operation.
